Having just sold my Arabyan Orc army, I'm a little cashed up. Nothing big, but I have a bit of disposable income so I was thinking of ways to have a bit more fun, but also a bit of an investment.

The (TableTop) Day That Was

The first (hopefully) annual TableTop Day is come and gone. Cut-out Will and Felicia were proud today. The Hampton Games Club pulled quite a crowd!

Where Has all the Hobby Gone?

It's been a quiet month for me. I've moved house (across Melbourne- my biggest move yet! Thanks to all who helped)), work started back (hectically) and I'm still kinda preparing for being a dad soon. This leave little time for hobbying or gaming. The new house is pretty small; I'll appreciate that once we have to maintain it and raise a baby, but right now it leave little room to even paint. All my war-gaming stuff is still back at the old house.

However, I did get a chance to try a new game last week: Flash Point: Fire Rescue.

German Style People

You may or may not have played Settlers of Catan before. For those of you not in the know, Settlers is a German-Style board game, and for me is it the quintessential example.
